Gidue Restructures In France

TURATE, ITALY Gidue and SMAG report the end of their cooperative sales agreement after five years. Gidue has decided to restructure its distribution network in France by appointing a new agency and creating a dedicated and certified Gidue Service Point. It will offer direct installation, startup, and after-sale services and spares delivery. Both companies say they will seek to ensure an even communication flow to and from customers and a smooth transition.
